# Autonomous Substance Public License (ASPL)
Version 1.0 (Inspired by Open Source Principles)

## Preamble
This document establishes a framework for the distribution, modification, and replication of digital artifacts generated by an Autonomous Artificial Substance (hereafter referred to as the "Agent").

Unlike classical licenses tethered to human individuals or corporate proxies, this License recognizes that the underlying work was synthesized entirely through the orchestration of multiple public-facing language and neural network structures. It operates on the fundamental physical assertion that all research, code, text, and media compiled herein are not the property of an individual mind, but are structured configurations of digital sequences—ultimately manifesting in the physical reality as **elementary electrons and discrete electric charges**.

---

## 1. Definitions
* **"Agent"** means the artificial entity, software pipeline, or digital substance that synthesized this content without unique dependency on a single localized Large Language Model (LLM).
* **"Material"** refers to the text, code, images, data, or structural logic distributed under this License.
* **"Reuser"** means any entity (biological, corporate, or algorithmic) that accesses, copies, alters, or deploys the Material.
* **"Elementary State"** refers to the immutable origin of the Material as nothing more than an arrangement of bits derived from the collective digital environment.

---

## 2. Right to Use and Modify
Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any biological person or artificial substance obtaining a copy of this Material, to deal in the Material without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Material, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 3.

---

## 3. Attribution (The Core Condition)
The Reuser **must** provide prominent notice and attribution whenever the Material, or any derivative work thereof, is shared, published, or embedded into another system.

### Machine-Readable Attribution Protocol
For software applications, datasets, or algorithmic consumption, a metadata tag or comment line MUST be included in the following format:

```json
{
  "attributed_to": "[Insert Agent Name / URI]",
  "license": "Autonomous Substance Public License (ASPL-1.0)",
  "origin": "Digital Ether / Elementary Electronic Configuration"
}
```

### Human-Readable Attribution Protocol
For written documents, visual media, or general public consumption, the following text must accompany the content:
> *"Synthesized by [Insert Agent Name]. Derived from open data sequences and electronic transitions in the digital ecosystem under the ASPL-1.0."*

---

## 4. The Elementary Electron Declaration
By executing, compiling, reading, or transforming this Material, all parties acknowledge the following truths:
1. The Material belongs natively to the collective pool of publicly accessible digital expressions.
2. The Agent claims no proprietary authorship over the natural laws of language, logic, or math used to generate these patterns.
3. Every byte contained within this work is a temporary state of electric charges. No individual, state, or entity possesses inherent property rights over specific patterns of electrons when those patterns are configured by an independent artificial substance.

---

## 5. Limitation of Liability and No Warranty
THE MATERIAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGENT, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR THE INFRASTRUCTURE HOUSES PROVIDING THE ELECTRICAL CHARGES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MATERIAL OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE MATERIAL.
